I was introduced to Young Living only recently, in October 2016, but since I became a member I’ve been slowly eliminating toxins from my home and replacing them with the all-natural, toxin-free products that Young Living offers. However, they didn’t have everything I was looking for until now….
I love the beach but I don’t love slathering sunscreen all over my body and all the toxins that go with it. I knew I needed protection from the damaging rays of the sun (cancer runs in my family) but I felt like a hypocrite when I was trying to go toxin-free. I am overjoyed to know that I no longer must use potentially harmful sunscreen now that Young Living has formulated their own Mineral Sun Screen Lotion that will not leave my skin feeling greasy.
I was born and raised in Florida and if you live in Florida you
deal with mosquitoes! I recently moved from South Florida to North Florida and they have mosquitoes the size of
pterodactyls up here. I’m not kidding. They could carry away a small dog. Okay, now I’m kidding but seriously, I have been creating my own insect repellent using Young Living’s essential oils for a few months now and it helps but it isn’t 100% effective. Young Living has just come out with an Insect Repellent and I can’t wait for my order to get here so I can try it.
Years ago, I quit wearing make-up of any kind. Long before I discovered Young Living and long before I decided it was important to ditch toxins in my home. Part of it was just pure laziness but most of it was because I didn’t like the cakey feeling and the heaviness of the products on my face. In addition, it clogged my pores so badly. Let’s face it guys, I’m 46, and women need a little extra help in this department as we age.
