This month they are offering 9 oils as promotions that any wholesale member can qualify for. I am so excited because I have only had the opportunity to try 4 of the oils that are included in the promos so I get to learn about 5 new oils this month. These oils can make back to school a little bit easier on everyone in your family. I’ll start by telling you about the oils that I have tried and then talk about the ones I haven’t tried and why I’m so excited to get to try them.
Lemon Vitality is a bright, cheerful oil and it smells just like a fresh squeezed lemon. I love to add a drop or two in my water during the day to make my water more flavorful and less boring. Lemon is also good for giving a little boost in the afternoon when you start to feel that afternoon slow down. I like to just open the bottle and deeply inhale. I especially like to use Lemon when I clean, a couple of drops in the diffuser gives any room a fresh clean aroma or you can add a drop or two into your favorite cleaning product. I prefer to use Thieves household cleaner for everything and a little drop of lemon gives it an extra cleaning boost.
Citrus Fresh is another fabulous oil that smells and tastes so good. It is a blend of Orange, Tangerine, Mandarin, Grapefruit, Lemon and Spearmint. A drop of two in water or in a morning smoothie gives me a healthful burst of flavor and supports my immune system.
Clarity is a blend of Basil, Cardamom, Rosemary Verbenon, Peppermint, Rosewood, Geranium, Lemon, Palmarosa, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, and Jasmine. Whew that’s a lot of oils to make this blend. I am a mom who works full time and goes to college part time and I use Clarity in my diffuser when I must study and need a little bit of extra help to focus and concentrate. I like to add a citrus oil to it when I diffuse it and it really does help me focus.
Sleepyize is the last oil out of this month’s promos that I have already tried. It is a blend of Lavender, Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Tangerine, Bergamot, Sacred Frankincense, Valerian and Ruta Graveolens (Rue). Although this blend is part of our Kidscents line it is not just for kids. I used this in my diffuser last night and it was “lights out” for me quickly and I slept well. Even my dogs were out cold within a minute or two of starting the diffuser.
Envision is a blend of Spruce, Geranium, Orange, Lavender, Sage and Rose. I am really excited to smell and test this blend out. This blend mixes well with Clarity so I plan to try them together when I study to see how they help me focus and reach my goals.
Tummygize is a blend of Spearmint, Peppermint, Tangerine, Fennel, Anise, Ginger, and Cardamom. I have used Peppermint, Fennel, Tangerine, and Ginger when my digestive system was a little off so I am excited to see how this blend works and so happy that it’s already blended for me. I will put a roller fitment on it for ease of application and just roll it on my stomach when my digestive system needs a little help.
Sniffleease contains Eucalyptus Blue, Palo Santo, Lavender, Dorado Azul, Ravintsara, Myrtle, Eucalyptus, Marjoram, Pine, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Cypress, Eucalyptus Radiata, Spruce, and Peppermint. With all these respiratory supporting oils in this blend I can’t wait to try it. It will be a powerhouse for keeping my kids and I breathing better throughout the upcoming fall and winter seasons. A little in the diffuser or applied right on the chest will be my method of use this year.
Owie contains Idaho Balsam Fir, Melaleuca, Helichrysum, Elemi, Cistus, Hinoki, and Clove. I have only tried a couple of the oils in this blend but I know that they are great for supporting the immune system, muscles and bones. Do you see a pattern here? I do. Young Living is giving us a fabulous tool box to get through the upcoming immune taxing seasons of fall and winter. This blend could be applied directly on a cut, scratch, scrape or burn and will help soothe and protect while promoting healing.
Finally, Geneyus, contains Sacred Frankincense, Blue Cypress, Cedarwood, Melissa, Idaho Blue Spruce, Palo Santo, Galbanum, Bergamot, Myrrh, Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, Geranium, Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Hyssop, Spruce, and Rose. I have been told that this blend is fabulous for helping kids focus and block distractions but again, it’s not just for kids. Those of us that tend to be a little squirrely sometimes will certainly benefit from this oil. I know I have my days of walking into a room and wondering why I went in there. I might just have to wear this one as perfume.
